Combined Experience and Capabilities REDUCES the Risk to Government |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
The second most ranked evaluation criteria used by the Government in scoring proposal responses is References and Experience. Using the Consortium's combined experience and references we are able to select the best-fit references from our Consortium members to illustrate our teams strength and capabilities. Therefore the capabilities and references of our Consortium and the Past Performance Citations document the experience that our team has had with Government contracts and clearly demonstrates to the Government our ability to provide the resources and management required across the gambit of PWS requirements. |
As a consortium we are able to draw from a portfolio of between 12 to 32 past performance citations. On joining the consortium each consortium member is required to provide 3 past performance citations from either their Federal or Commercial project experience. This Consortium Teaming Approach results in the Government having access to World-Class Technologies across multiple corporate structures. This integrated team, will result in co-location and physical integration of teammates during the performance of Project/Task Order efforts. In addition to co-location, the allocation of senior staff and management burdens are lightened when compared with traditional teaming arrangements where heavy layers of management are placed upon teammates. |
