Proposal Development

We practically develop 99% of the proposal

When joining the consortium your company will complete a corporate profile which includes an introduction, list of the services you provide and your company's references. SilverSoft Consulting builds the proposal using this information and our own Technical Approaches to produce a complete proposal in accordance to the governments requirements. Therefore we provide a series of Technical Approaches like;

SilverSoft Consulting recognises the key to winning a Federal Contract is to show that you understand the Government's needs and that you can deploy a repeatable process that will enable success. When the Government compares all responding proposals together they will score each respondent's Technical Approach in accordance to Section M Evaluation Criteria. The core of this scoring process is to assess RISK, (i.e.) what is the LEVEL OF RISK to the Government that you will not succeed, or that you will have delays, or you will not be in compliance with Federal Regulations and IMPORTANTLY what is your APPROACH to minimize these risks.

Therefore as a consortium we are able to illustrate to the Government that we not only have a Federal facing approach to how we do work, but that we as a team will adopt a single approach to minimize the risks involved when working with prime/subcontractor relationships.
