We do not have thousands of clients as we only work with a small number of companies to build consortiums that average 4 to 8 companies. Within the consortium we ensure some overlap of services, certifications and accreditation (SBA 8(a), SDVOB, VOB, etc.). We then use our own proven and successful Intellectual Properties like Proposal Templates, Technical Approaches, Management Approaches, Application Development Approaches, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans, etc., to develop 2 proposals per month, where your company is either the prime or the subcontractor within the consortium of companies. |
